) Firstly, let's discuss the type of results you really want to get.
Main goal: Be clear of your goal
and learn how to turn your strength to powerful boosters.
We will figure out what you really want to achieve. Weight loss or weight gain is just the tip of the iceberg.
We will figure out your weaknesses, strength, capabilities, passion, interest, and your lucky charm. Yes, some people are born with that lucky genes and social surroundings. We will use whatever you have to get the results you want.
Concerns: What if I don't know any of the above? That is where I come in. My job as a coach is to help you search these things within yourself and extract out all of it as data we can work with together. The more you share the faster you will get your results. The awesome thing is, throughout the process, its all about you and not me. I'm just here to guide and facilitate, you...you're the pilot of your life.
2) I'll help you plan your meal for Breakfast, Snack time, Lunch, Dinner and Supper.
Main goal: Learn how to eat the right foods according to your goal.
Concerns: You looveee McDonalds McSpicy? Sure, we'll include them in. I won't stuff your mouth with green vegetables if you don't like them too.
3) I'll help you plan an exercise regime
Main goal: Help you build strength and increase stamina.
Concerns: But, what if you don't like to go to the gym or you think working out is not your thing? Doesn't matter. As long as it is a type of physical activity you'd love to do that's enough. We will include any sports, games, whatever physical activities you like to do in the plan as well.
4) I'll help you adjust steps 2 and 3 to boost your results
Main goal: Ensure that there is consistent results until goal is met
If you intend to lose weight, we will adjust your plan to meet that goal. As long as you follow the plan, stay positive and consistent, you will start to see results!
Concerns: What if I don't see results? By end of week 1, I will do a follow up with you to see what is holding you back. We will go back to step 1 and adjust accordingly again. This is when you will know whether you're ready to start working towards your fitness goals or not.
